Description
Compact Utility-Mount Compressed Air for Service Vehicles
The KAESER MOBILAIR M27 Utility compressor is a diesel-powered rotary screw unit designed for transverse mounting on service vehicles. It delivers 92 CFM at 100 PSIG in a compact utility configuration for field maintenance, construction and selected blasting applications.
A three-cylinder Kubota diesel engine is directly coupled to the KAESER SIGMA PROFILE airend for efficient air delivery. The powder-coated steel enclosure and galvanized frame help protect internal components in outdoor jobsite conditions.
M27 Utility Features
- 92 CFM at 100 PSIG: Compact airflow for supported pneumatic tools and lower-demand blasting equipment.
- Service-vehicle mounting: Designed for transverse installation rather than tow-behind operation.
- Kubota three-cylinder diesel: Provides a practical mobile power source for field work.
- Separate engine and compressor air filters: Maintenance indicators support routine service checks.
- Two curbside 3/4-inch outlets: Positions connections and controls on the service side.
- Forklift slots and lifting point: Supports approved installation and removal procedures.
- High-efficiency cooling: Listed for operation in ambient temperatures up to 113°F.
Applications
- Service-truck pneumatic tools and mobile maintenance
- Irrigation and sprinkler-system service
- Fence-post driving and light demolition tools
- Monument engraving and selected abrasive blasting
- Compatible lower-air-demand dry ice blasting systems
Dry Ice Blasting Air Supply
The M27 Utility can support a dry ice blaster only when the machine’s required airflow and pressure remain within the compressor’s continuous output. A 92 CFM rating does not mean every dry ice blasting nozzle or machine will operate at full performance.
Dry ice blasting also benefits from cool, clean air. Depending on ambient conditions and the compressor configuration, add an aftercooler, water separator, coalescing filter or dryer. Account for pressure drop through every component.
Review our dry ice blasting compressor setup guide before matching the M27 to a blaster.
