Description

Compact 75 CFM Gas-Powered Air Supply

The ELGi GP75 air compressor is a compact gasoline-powered rotary screw compressor delivering 75 CFM at 100 PSI. A Honda GX690 engine, retractable handle and pneumatic tires make it a practical mobile air source for service vehicles, workshops, maintenance teams and compatible lower-air-demand blasting equipment.

The GP75 was previously sold under the Rotair brand in North America. It is available as a wheeled portable unit and may also be offered in a skid configuration for truck or equipment mounting.

ELGi GP75 Features

  • 75 CFM at 100 PSI: Compact professional airflow for supported tools and machines.
  • Honda GX690 gasoline engine: 22 hp power without a separate diesel fuel system.
  • Portable handling: Retractable handle and pneumatic tires support one-person positioning on suitable surfaces.
  • Accessible maintenance: Spin-on filters and service points simplify routine work.
  • Protected enclosed design: Directs cooling air while shielding moving components.
  • Skid-mount option: Supports service-vehicle and custom-package installations.
  • Optional high-pressure system: Listed 160–190 PSI range, with output dependent on configuration.

Applications

  • Pneumatic tools and mobile maintenance
  • Cable and fiber installation
  • Vehicle and road service
  • Sprinkler and irrigation blowout work
  • Compatible compact dry ice blasting systems

Using the GP75 for Dry Ice Blasting

The GP75 may operate selected dry ice blasting machines whose continuous demand stays within 75 CFM at the required pressure. Match the compressor to the blaster’s actual operating point, nozzle and desired production rate. A machine that can run at low CFM may still require more air for its most aggressive settings.

Add suitable moisture control for the climate and duty cycle. The complete setup may need an aftercooler, water separator, coalescing filter or dryer, and each component adds pressure drop.
