ECO-AIRE Super 375–600 CFM Portable Air Dryer
$8,900.00
The ECO-AIRE Super air dryer is a portable three-stage air-treatment system currently listed for 375–600 CFM compressors. An industrial aftercooler, automatic-drain water separator and 1-micron coalescing filter help prepare compressed air for high-production blasting and cleaning.
Description
High-Capacity Portable Air Treatment for Large Compressors
The ECO-AIRE Super air dryer is a high-capacity portable compressed-air treatment package for demanding blasting and cleaning systems. The current manufacturer range is listed for compressors from 375–600 CFM and combines an aftercooler, water separator and 1-micron coalescing filter on a heavy-duty mobile frame.
The product was incorrectly named as a dry ice blaster in the original catalogue. It does not generate or project dry ice; it conditions compressed air before it reaches a blaster or other downstream equipment.
Three-Stage ECO-AIRE Super System
- Industrial aftercooler: Reduces discharge-air temperature so moisture can condense.
- Centrifugal water separator: Captures bulk condensate and uses an automatic float drain.
- 1-micron coalescing filtration: Removes finer liquid and particulate contamination.
- High-flow design: Current manufacturer guidance covers 375–600 CFM compressor systems.
- Portable mounting: Factory-arranged on a heavy-duty hand truck for field use.
- Multiple power configurations: Available in electric or pneumatic arrangements, subject to the ordered package.
Applications
- Large dry ice blasting compressor packages
- High-production abrasive and vapor blasting
- Industrial shutdown and restoration work
- Temporary compressed-air systems requiring aftercooling
- Moisture-sensitive pneumatic equipment at high flow rates
System Engineering
Confirm the actual compressor output, working pressure, discharge temperature, ambient temperature, connections and allowable pressure drop. A unit sized only by nominal compressor CFM may underperform when inlet conditions are outside its design range.
The ECO-AIRE Super reduces heat, bulk moisture and fine contamination but should not be described as providing a guaranteed -40°F pressure dew point. A defined low dew point requires an appropriately designed desiccant or refrigerated drying stage.
Use the dry ice blasting air-treatment guide when planning the full system, or contact Cryo Restorations to confirm the current ECO-AIRE Super configuration.
