High-Capacity Portable Air Treatment for Large Compressors

The ECO-AIRE Super air dryer is a high-capacity portable compressed-air treatment package for demanding blasting and cleaning systems. The current manufacturer range is listed for compressors from 375–600 CFM and combines an aftercooler, water separator and 1-micron coalescing filter on a heavy-duty mobile frame.

The product was incorrectly named as a dry ice blaster in the original catalogue. It does not generate or project dry ice; it conditions compressed air before it reaches a blaster or other downstream equipment.

Three-Stage ECO-AIRE Super System

• Industrial aftercooler: Reduces discharge-air temperature so moisture can condense.
• Centrifugal water separator: Captures bulk condensate and uses an automatic float drain.
• 1-micron coalescing filtration: Removes finer liquid and particulate contamination.

System Engineering

Confirm the actual compressor output, working pressure, discharge temperature, ambient temperature, connections and allowable pressure drop. A unit sized only by nominal compressor CFM may underperform when inlet conditions are outside its design range.

The ECO-AIRE Super reduces heat, bulk moisture and fine contamination but should not be described as providing a guaranteed -40°F pressure dew point. A defined low dew point requires an appropriately designed desiccant or refrigerated drying stage.
