ECO-AIRE Maxx 150–250 CFM Portable Air Dryer
$5,900.00
The ECO-AIRE Maxx air dryer is a portable three-stage system for 150–250 CFM compressors. Its aftercooler, water separator and 1-micron coalescing filter help deliver cooler, cleaner air for dry ice blasting, abrasive blasting and pneumatic equipment.
Description
Portable Three-Stage Air Treatment for 150–250 CFM Compressors
The ECO-AIRE Maxx air dryer is a mobile compressed-air cooling and moisture-control system designed for compressors in the 150–250 CFM range. It combines an aftercooler, centrifugal water separator and 1-micron coalescing filter on a heavy-duty hand truck for field blasting and cleaning work.
Cooling hot compressor discharge air helps condense moisture so the separator and filter can remove it before the air reaches a dry ice blaster, blast pot or pneumatic equipment. This can reduce water-related stoppages and protect downstream components.
Three-Stage Air Treatment
- Stage 1 — Aftercooler: Lowers compressed-air temperature to promote moisture condensation.
- Stage 2 — Water separator: Removes bulk liquid produced after cooling.
- Stage 3 — Coalescing filter: Captures fine contamination down to the listed 1-micron rating.
- Portable hand-truck frame: Designed for transport in service vehicles and movement around jobsites.
- 12 V or pneumatic configurations: Select the version that suits the compressor and site.
- Automatic shutoff on listed 12 V version: Stops the aftercooler when airflow is not detected to help protect the battery.
Applications
- Dry ice blasting and abrasive blasting air preparation
- Mobile industrial cleaning and restoration
- Pneumatic tools sensitive to moisture and contamination
- Temporary jobsite compressed-air systems
- Compressor packages without an integrated aftercooler
Sizing and Installation
The Maxx is intended for compressor systems in the 150–250 CFM range. Confirm the operating pressure, inlet temperature, connection size, pressure drop and actual compressor output before purchase. Air-treatment equipment should be sized for the maximum expected flow, ambient conditions and duty cycle.
This three-stage package removes heat, bulk liquid and fine contamination, but it is not automatically equivalent to a regenerative desiccant dryer or a guaranteed dew-point specification. Applications requiring a defined pressure dew point need a properly engineered dryer system.
