Installation and Compatibility

Verify thread type, flow rating, working pressure and hose configuration before installation. A 3/8-inch nominal size does not guarantee compatibility with every coupling profile or air system. Compressed-Air Safety

Always isolate and fully depressurize the compressor and hose before servicing a coupling. Inspect the mating plug, hose, whip checks and restraints for wear. Never use a coupling that is cracked, corroded, leaking or difficult to lock, and never exceed the lowest-rated component in the air system.
