Extra-Wide Flat Jet Coverage

The Dry Ice Energy XL flat jet nozzle spreads the dry ice stream across a much wider pattern than a standard round nozzle. It is intended for larger, relatively open surfaces where broad coverage can reduce the number of passes required.

The current inventory description estimates a blast area approximately ten times wider than the standard round-jet pattern and more than twice the width of the standard flat jet nozzle. Actual coverage varies with pressure, stand-off distance, pellet feed and surface geometry.

Selection and Compatibility

A wider jet distributes cleaning energy over a larger area. It may improve coverage but can reduce concentrated impact compared with a round nozzle. Select the XL flat jet nozzle for area coverage rather than maximum point force.

Confirm the nozzle connection, approved machine models, pellet size and maximum working pressure before ordering. Compressor demand can change with nozzle geometry, so verify delivered CFM at the intended pressure.
