The CR185X mobile dry ice blasting trailer provides a compact platform for carrying a compressor, blasting equipment and selected air-treatment components to customer sites. A custom docking station secures the compatible blasting machine, while the bi-fold ramp helps move equipment on and off the trailer.

The platform can be configured for dry ice blasting, vapor blasting or conventional abrasive blasting, subject to the selected compressor, dryer, separator, filters, blast machine and safety equipment. This listing is for a custom-built package; the final scope must be confirmed in a written quotation.

Dry Ice Blasting Configuration

Dry ice blasting needs clean compressed air at the airflow and pressure required by the selected machine. A typical mobile package may include an aftercooler, water separator, coalescing filtration and an appropriately sized dryer. The exact system depends on compressor output, ambient conditions, hose length and blaster demand.

The tow vehicle, hitch, brakes, tires, axle capacity, tie-down points and registration requirements must be verified for the completed trailer and operating jurisdiction. Published weight can change materially with fuel, hoses, tools, air-treatment equipment and the blasting machine. Use only rated loading and cargo-restraint methods.
